• Please note the heavier the toy, the harder it will feel and it’ll be less squishy.
• If you want extra stuffing or less stuffing in the toy, please let me know.
• Hand washable.
• Weights are put throughout the body for an even weight, they’re inside a cotton bag and cannot get out. The insides of the toy are then sealed up twice for extra security.

• The postal bag the toy is sent in is recyclable.

We do accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs as well as the loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
